Beginning in 2022, the NFAFC has expanded its activities to include raising and administering funds from individuals and organizations for a variety of Assyrian projects. These include archiving, translation services, and stipends for post-doctoral positions at Harvard University.  In this way, the NFAFC helps to connect members of the global Assyrian community to each other to benefit the preservation of modern Assyrian culture.

‡ Fund-raising and administering funds for the post-doctoral academic year of Prof. Anahit Khosroeva as a visiting scholar at the Department of Near East Languages and Civilizations (Harvard University) during 2024-25.

‡ Dr. Norman Solhkha: Administer funds for the translation and manuscript preparation for English language publication of Stefan Sado’s Материалы к биографическому словарю ассирийцев в России: ХIХ-середина ХХ века / Materialy k biograficheskomu slovari︠u︡ assiriĭt︠s︡ev v Rossii. Grant award to NFAFC: $10,000.

‡ Prof. Roy Shlimon: Administer funds for translation of select items from the Qasha Babilla Shimun archives donated to Widener Library (Harvard University) by his grandson, Prof. Roy Shlimon. Grant award to NFAFC: $15,000.

‡ Fund-raising and administering funds for the post-doctoral academic year of Dr. Eve Sada at the Center for the Study of World Religions (Harvard University) during 2023-24.
